What a beautiful handmade vintage brooch, my goodness. Vintage chased and repoussé finely made sterling silver forms into the shape of an arcing fish, suggesting great movement and energy. A hand carved gorgeous tiered slice of abalone shell forms the fellow's body, and his face is just frank perfection. Hand-stamped with the artist mark on the reverse (not pictured). Great one of a kind find.
